I went to a hair stylist for about the fifth time in the last 15 years. Three of those were in the last year. This one was affordable. The place is called Shampoo Alley. Well the hair artist convinced me to spend a whole lot more money to have "highlights" put in my hair. Well 90 dollars later (I had to add a tip) I left with my hair solid brown with no highlights and crying off and on this week about the money which i really didn't have in the first place. It's Feb. 2nd and I'm stalling on the rent payment so i can keep the balls in the air in my financial juggling efforts. As soon as I got home I started running "sun in"through strands of hair, to put the streaks back in, that were removed. Now a full head of roots will soon be arriving due to the solid brown dye job. It was a toner. I would rather do my own hair for free and deal with the consequences. But this is sort of the style it is now in.
