This was my friend Ed. Several years ago we were spending a lot of time together. We shared a lot of holidays and birthdays together with his mom grandma and his brother. We had our ups and downs. For the past 8 years we have talked on the phone several times a day. It meant a lot just to have him call at night and say "Are you inside?" " Make sure the doors are locked ." "How is your day going?"
He hasn't looked this way lately as he has had a big beard for a while.
We promised to always stay friends. I hope we do. You and your family have been very dear to me for almost a decade. May God bless you while you are in the hospital.
