Doesn't this look surreal? Friend in the kitchen making bread in Durango. And she is amazing! When I first met her she was cycling all over Colorado and the west wearing a tutu! Alone! Waaay my kind of friend. But on another planet fitness wise. All of a sudden I know all these people who ride hundreds of miles in the mountains on their bikes. I am such a convalescent in comparison! They run up mountains and back like it were nothing.... And climb like spiders i hear upsidedown on the rocks. Oh well at least i've taken my pet bike out of the kitchen several times lately and ridden to Winnings and back. Wow a big 2 and 2/3"s miles! Have to start somewhere.... i guess.Tuesday, July 7, 2009
